Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is processed, it’ll ship out and you'll get an email with tracking info so you can stalk your package like the rest of us.

Packaging That Slaps (Metaphorically)
We package all items with care—and occasionally sass. Your product will arrive intact and fabulous.

Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of the shipping gods (aka USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.).

Lost or stolen? We’ll help you investigate, but we’re not liable for packages marked as delivered.

We recommend contacting the carrier first, and then us if you need backup. We got your back—within reason.

Look, we want you to love what you ordered. But we get it—sometimes things don’t hit like they should. If you're not 100% obsessed with your order, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

We Do Accept Returns If:
Your item arrived damaged or defective

You received the wrong item (whoops—our bad)

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll review it, and if it checks out, we’ll replace it or give you store credit. No drama, no fuss.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they’re damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you just want a different color or size, we probably can't help unless it’s a rare case. But ask nicely—we might bend the rules if Mercury’s in retrograde.

Return Shipping
If your return is approved, we’ll let you know how and where to send it.

You’ll be responsible for the return shipping unless it was our fault (e.g., we sent you a “Hot Girl Candle” instead of a “Sad Boy Mug”).

Final Sale Items
All sale items, mystery boxes, and personalized products are final sale. No take-backs, no trade-ins, no exceptions.

TL;DR:
Damaged/wrong? We fix it.

Changed your mind? Nah.
