Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, it’ll ship out and you'll get an email with tracking info so you can stalk your package like the rest of us.

  • Packaging That Slaps (Metaphorically)

  • We package all items with care—and occasionally sass. Your product will arrive intact and fabulous.

  • Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of the shipping gods (aka USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.).

  • Lost or stolen? We’ll help you investigate, but we’re not liable for packages marked as delivered.

  • We recommend contacting the carrier first, and then us if you need backup. We got your back—within reason.

  • Questions?

Look, we want you to love what you ordered. But we get it—sometimes things don’t hit like they should. If you're not 100% obsessed with your order, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

  • We Do Accept Returns If:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item (whoops—our bad)

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll review it, and if it checks out, we’ll replace it or give you store credit. No drama, no fuss.

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos (because seeing is believing)

  • Exchanges

We only replace items if they’re damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you just want a different color or size, we probably can't help unless it’s a rare case. But ask nicely—we might bend the rules if Mercury’s in retrograde.

Return Shipping

  • If your return is approved, we’ll let you know how and where to send it.

  • You’ll be responsible for the return shipping unless it was our fault (e.g., we sent you a “Hot Girl Candle” instead of a “Sad Boy Mug”).

  • Final Sale Items

  • All sale items, mystery boxes, and personalized products are final sale. No take-backs, no trade-ins, no exceptions.

  • TL;DR:

  • Damaged/wrong? We fix it.

  • Changed your mind? Nah.

  • Be cool, and we’ll be cool back.
